Efficient use of space in the room.
Room service only every two days was inconvenient.

the location is perfect, situated between two tube stations that grant access to nearly all lines. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. there's a 24-hour market just steps away, which is super convenient. plus, the hotel was clean and well-kept, which really stood out during our visit.

Solo traveler, Worthwhile experience
The little cafe downstairs had just the right coffee for early mornings and the staff were super friendly, knew my name by day two. I also loved that they helped me arrange a taxi to get to my meeting quickly, no fuss at all.
Wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

The room was really nice and clean, and I loved that the hotel had a cozy lounge and a spot to enjoy some quiet reading time. It’s great to know there’s a decent Wi-Fi option and I enjoyed my stay overall. Just a heads up, I missed having tea and coffee in the room, but honestly, it didn't dampen my experience! ☕

missingWrote a review on Sept 21great locationfriendly staffclean modern roomslow shower pressure
We had a great time with friends! The location made it easy to hit up some nearby spots like the iconic Hyde Park for a picnic and grab cocktails at a trendy bar down the street. The staff was super friendly, and the clean, modern rooms were perfect for our group. Just be aware the shower pressure could be better.
Our experience wasn't perfect. the shower had low pressure, which was a bit frustrating during our stay.

missingWrote a review on Jul 30train noise
Noise from the trains is a real concern. they pass by every ten minutes and can shake the room even with the windows closed, which may disrupt sleep. The bathrooms are cramped and oddly shaped with fixed showerheads that reduce water pressure, making for less than ideal shower experiences. Also, lacking basic amenities like a kettle or tea/coffee supplies can leave you wanting when you expect them in most hotels. For a place priced around £100 a night, these issues can make it feel overpriced.

the employees at point a are wonderful and super helpful! we enjoyed the cold sparkling water after our hot days outside. the hotel's close proximity to the tube made getting around incredibly easy, and it was perfect for our spice girls concert visit.
the shower was a bit small.
